Shares refers to the amount of money contributed by a member as part of their ownership in the Society. This money forms part of the society’s share capital.
Minimum Share Capital for new member is 500 shares equivalent to Ksh.10,000
Dividend is earned on share sapital, this years Dividend was paid at 10%
BOSA Deposits
Minimum monthly savings is Ksh. 2,000
Interest is earned on deposits, this years Interest was paid at 9%.
No withdrawal of deposits is allowed
Members can take loan against three times their deposits.
Non-refundable registration fee of ksh. 1,000 on joining.
IESA SAVINGS
One must be a member of Ubora Regulated NWDT Sacco Society Ltd.
Minimum monthly savings is Ksh. 200.00.
Interest on deposits is 5% p.a. on the closing balance computed monthly and is posted to members’ accounts twice a year (June and December).
Part-withdrawal of deposits is allowed after 90 days when there is no running loan.
Members can take loan against three times their deposits.
Non-refundable registration fee of ksh. 1,000/= on joining.
MUSHARAKA SAVINGS ACCOUNT
Minimum monthly deposits of ksh. 2,000
Maximum repayment period is 12 months
Interest free loans
BOSA members willing to join this product must be loan free and must transfer deposits from the BOSA account to this one.
Evidence of profession of the faith is a pre-requisite.
Non-refundable registration fee of ksh. 1,000/= on joining.
Subscribed members are not eligible for dividends and interest on deposits.
Holiday Savings
